For two years from 2014-16 I helped in a top-to-bottom redesign of the UNL Admissions website. Our main goal was to simplify our web presence, and we achieved that by reducing the number of pages from over 100 to less than 20. Smart, quick, and intuitive presentation of information was a top priority, along with maintaining a clean, modern look that still fit in with the rest of our recruitment materials. All pages are completely responsive and mobile-friendly. It's an immersive site with many inventive interactions and hidden features. While I can take credit for the look of the site and many of the animations and interactions, I also must give credit to my supervisor Andrew Swenson and our front-end web designer Michael Sammons. Below are a few snapshots of some of my favorite sections.
